about WiMAX

WiMAX(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access)
technology enjoys the advantages of broadband transmission
over long distances and in wide area, simple deployment and
robust operation in spite of geographic and environment
limitations.It can satisfy the need for high efficiency and
low cost, and for this reason,WiMAX is considered a key
solution for next-generation wireless technology. No matter
whether in Taiwan or in the rest of the world, this is a
quite new information and communications industry. In the
past, Taiwan could only play the role of a technology
follower, but now,while WiMAX technology and specifications
standards are gradually being defind, Taiwan can invest
during early stage. Althought the risks are high, there is
still the opportunity to become the leader of WiMAX.
For the WiMAX to yield high production value, it is
necessary to effectively combine applications and services
, enableing the creation of high added value.

Talk about cooperation

    Many people believe they should subordinate their own personal
preferences for their team better. In business world, flexibility
and adaptability are spoken in laudatory terms, with the result
that most people believe they should be unselfish to the team.
Therefore, we can find the conclusion of above the passage is that
a good team members do whatever it takes to help the team excel,
even if they don't like it.

    But the reality is that a good team members always volunteer their
strengths to a team and then help other team member to figure out
their advantages. If everyone on the team can seek out other team
members who specialize in aspect of the project, the team can
become more efficiency and highly competent, as a result, when a
group of people work together to take full advantage of each other's
strengths, impressive things will happen.

心情扎記(4月)

平靜卻有壓力的每一天，一直再持續著，我不太喜歡有壓力的生活，
卻無法過著沒有壓力和目標的日子，因為自身的懶散而沒有考上台
清交的資工所， 對我來說是個衝擊，因為，這意味著我要接受更大
的挑戰 - 去國外念書， 但壓力更大，所以我本來想在國內念就好
(其實台清交也很操的!)，真是個懶人XD。 但是，我心知肚明，
這條路是我一定要走的，懶散這個毛病是一定要改掉的，
並且把我不好的英文能力重新加強，然後去看看世界。

出國唸書對很多人來說是個夢想，因為需要考慮到家庭的經濟狀況，
很幸運地，我有這個條件，但有沒有這個本事還要再看看了。
"先有考上國內頂尖研究所的能力才可以出國唸書" - 我考試前對自
己說的話。 很慚愧的，並沒有考上，但我認為我在資工領域的基礎有
打穩了，有能力能往上唸。 目前缺乏的就是英文能力，但是
英文能力的提升可能比考研究所還難呀!
所以如果不好好調整自己的心態，最後結果會還是一事無成的。
